Starting Solids

Noah has been giving us many signs that he is ready to graduate on to solids - drooling, stuffing everything into his mouth, reaching for our food, etc. But it was when he dipped his whole hand into my hummous and licked it all off before I could stop him that we realized he was good to go.

Victoria for the Day

We picked a perfect day to head over to the Island.

We had a great visit with the bride-to-be, Diane, then squeezed in a quick visit with Auntie Marg and Uncle Juergen before heading back to the Mainland.

Meeting Great Grandpa

Noah got to meet his Great Grandpa today. Ben Akira Iwasaki is a spring chicken at 102. We think Noah was still struggling to figure out what time zone his was on, as he wasn't in the best of moods. We got some photos but will visit again.

He also go to meet his cousin Akira and Ali and his Great Auntie Lynne and Uncle Kyle for the first time.
