Out & About in London

We had a great time, exploring all that London has to offer. The weather was perfect too.

Proof for Noah that he was in London.

Buckingham Palace...more proof.

Only took us 2 tries to get the day & time right to see the changing of the guards.

No trip to London is complete without a stop at Hamleys, although there is one in Dubai.

Big Ben.

Couldn't convince Jeff to ride the eye...this time.

Canadian Embassy - proudly displaying the Olympic banners.

Covent Garden

He is coming for us.

Yum - Fish & Chips...and mushy peas.

Actually no trip to London is complete without a visit to Harrods. ;)

Grosvenor House

We were meeting Jeff at the Grosvenor House, which we had chosen for it central location, which allowed us to walk to all the London sights.

Exhausted from the flight.

I will take this bed.

Breakfast in bed.

Happy to be in Daddy's arms.

Father-like son.

Going to See Daddy!

We are finally going to see Daddy! It has been way too long. But meeting up in London with a few days of holiday will be lots of fun.

Where is your seat, Mom?

I love Cheerios!

Dinner with Dad at Sawasdee

Dad treated Noah & I to a great meal at our favorite Thai restaurant in Vancouver - Sawasdee. Noah really enjoys going out to restaurants, often trying to entertain or engage with every and anyone who will look his way.

Grandpa's 103 Birthday!

One of the advantages of extending our stay in Vancouver was we got to celebrate Grandpa's 103rd Birthday. We had a small lunch celebration with the grandchildren and great grandsons on Friday, then the daughters had a luncheon on his actual birthday - September 9th.

Noah and I were in the neighborhood, so dropped in for both.

Happy Birthday Grandpa! 103 and still going strong.
