We packed our bags and headed for a fun-filled day at Wild Wadi. Noah couldn't get enough of the water, where as Bob couldn't get enough of the rides including the Jumeirah Sceirah - crazy.

Bob's Belated Birthday!

We had a busy day going from the Marina Walk to the beach, so we decided to order in Mexican and have a little celebratory cake in for Bob's birthday that past on March 16th.

My Mom Said I Would Never...

For all of you whom I said, Noah would never go into the fountains at Marina Walk - he proved me wrong this weekend...and I blame Venitta. ;)

Noah hadd so much fun getting blasted and soaked, all I could do was take out the camera to try and capture the moment.


At this point, I am thinking he isn't interested.

With the temperatures rising, we decided to try out one of the many indoor play gyms at a nearby mall with a few of Noah's friends. We also had the pleasure of running into Avery.

I couldn't get Noah out of the ball area, can't wait until he is big enough to visit the one at IKEA. ;)

Mother's Day!

One of the benefits of living in Dubai is that often holidays are duplicated...with Mother's Day being one of them. Both Gayle and I were spoilt by our boys with Noah taking us out to the Madinat for Starbucks and Cinnabon and later that evening, Jeff took us to a lovely dinner at Bussola.

New Pool Fence

We finally got a pool fence. We can now truly enjoy our backyard with Noah running around - safely.

New Slide

We discovered the Safa Park Flea Market this weekend and managed to bag a few deals - including this new (used) slide for Noah. A few trial runs and he had it mastered. Hours of fun for 30 Dirhams!

Sting

While we don't get many concerts here in Dubai, every now and then there is one that captures your interest. So with tickets still available on the day of the concert, Jeff and I decided to go see Sting. His concert was combined with the opening of the new Meydan Race Course, which was quite the facility, so we managed to catch the last horse race of the evening. It was a good night out!
