Gone Fishing

One day, Grandpa came home with a fishing rod...I told him if he could catch something, we could take the kids out on the weekend.

We are going fishing!
Bedok Jetty - Everyone is excited!
 Hana wants to help.
Noah is getting a lesson from Grandpa.
 Time for a snack.
 Grandpa caught a fish!
Not bad - 3 in the bucket!
Hana thought it was hilarious to see the fish wiggling around.
 But wouldn't touch them.

Not bad for his first day out fishing. ;)
A worn out Grandpa.

Happy Easter!

We are happy to report that the Easter Bunny found us in our new home in Singapore.

Noah woke us up at 5am to let us know that he found an egg - to our surprise, Noah had found all the eggs and made a nice pile in the middle of the living room.

We were able to get him back to sleep for a few hours, so the Easter Bunny could rehide the eggs for a proper hunt with Hana at 8am.

I found one.

Hana is all ready to go.

Grandpa helping Hana.

Lots of loot.

Noah checking out Hana's stash.

They were even in the kids room...that sneaky Easter Bunny.

Showing off his loot.

Hana thought she might be faster on her scooter - plus she found an egg on the handle bar.

Taking inventory of their findings...and sampling a few.

Hana did pretty well.

Easter brunch is served.

Grandpa joins the kids.

Happy Easter!

Making Easter Cookies

We decided to make Easter cookies this year...yum!

Noah was a great little helper.

Not bad...

Making pink icing.

And the decorating begins...

Just a few sprinkles.

One for Grandpa.

One for Hana.

And one for Noah.

I think my tongue is blue.

Grandpa Arrives

Noah stayed up until 11pm to wait for Grandpa to arrive. Noah woke up a few neighbors when he saw Grandpa's taxi.
